The furniture of the St. Petersburg company Delo is recognizable and popular among designers, it is often found in private projects and interiors of restaurants and cafes. And now it is also equipped with modular houses, also manufactured by Delo.

Arseniy Brodach

An architect, in 2013 he founded the Delo Design studio, which since 2021 is simply called Delo.

In the eight years since the studio was founded, Arseny Brodach and his team have come a long way: they designed public spaces and developed furniture for them, which they then launched into mass production. In 2019 , a showroom was opened in St. Petersburg‑In St. Petersburg, and in the difficult 2020 for everyone, they began working on a series of modular prefabricated houses. And now the first of them is ready and installed in the Leningrad region.

In total, several types of houses with an area of 12 to 138 m2 are planned. Natural eco-friendly materials are used for their manufacture and finishing, and the modules are designed so that there is no waste left after their production. 

The Cabin can be a basic dwelling, a guest house or a hotel room. 

The smallest The Cabin is delivered to the site ready-made, and it can be occupied immediately after installation and connection to electricity and water supply. It is equipped not only with Delo furniture, but also with their dishes and textiles. Agree, it’s convenient to get everything at once.
