The developers decided to combine all residential developments in the complex with a huge forest with a well-thought-out ecosystem.

The Forestias is Thailand’s largest development project. And it differs not in the architecture of buildings, but in a real urban forest that unites all buildings. On an area of almost 50 thousand square meters there are many natural areas that will make people’s lives healthier and happier.

The architects of TK Studio Co.,Ltd. built a Forest pavilion, or “impressions center” on the site, which will first demonstrate the vision of the area with the help of interactive exhibits, and then turn into a training center telling about the ecosystem of the forest.

Foster + Partners bureau also participated in The Forestias project. Together, the architects have developed a concept that will help immerse the residents of the city in real wildlife, ensure privacy in different areas and allow the citizens to experience the happiness of being outdoors.

Pedestrian paths and bridges connect forest areas with streets and demonstrate the symbiosis of nature and the city. On the territory there are waterfalls, an amphitheater for events, water terraces. There is also a special ecosystem with a special protected area for some animals.

According to the authors, this “forest” is a kind of testing laboratory that will prove that good ecology is directly related to good health and longevity of residents.
