Architectural firm Studio Gang has completed the construction of a residential skyscraper One Hundred, consisting of four-storey modules.

The new skyscraper from Studio Gang is located next to Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri. Its construction consists of four-storey modules with beveled corners, which form private terraces and common open spaces for the residents of the complex.

The facade of the building is decorated with glass panels that reflect the clouds and trees of the park and allow the building to fit harmoniously into the landscape. The skyscraper is constantly changing — depending on the weather or the time of day.

The 116 m high tower accommodates 316 apartments. All apartments are designed so that residents can admire the views of Forest Park and the arch, also known as the “Gateway to the West”. Each apartment has a corner living room, which, thanks to panoramic windows, is always flooded with natural light.

In addition, the building project provides niches for public and commercial spaces at ground level, as well as new walking routes between the park and the new complex.
